Since our launch in 2001, Investors Direct has been focused on providing property finance to real estate investors and developers. We focus on this niche market because there is a general lack of understanding of property investors within the mortgage industry and most mortgage professionals don’t think like property investors.

Bill Zheng is the founder of Investors Direct Financial Group. In 2005, Bill Zheng ranked No. 1 in Victoria at the first ever national survey of mortgage brokers; The 'Mortgage Professional Association Top 100 Brokers'.
