Investors Direct Property Management has a team focus with property management. The Property Manager leads the team, oversees management of your property and is responsible for daily property management issues, including tenant selection, vacating, maintenance and arrears control.
Assistant Property Manager
The key role of the Assistant is to back up and support the Property Manager and assist with such tasks as maintenance, lease renewals, rental arrears, ingoing and outgoing tenants and arranging routine inspections.
The key role of the Leasing Agent is to show property to prospective tenants, receive applications, conduct reference and background checks and liaise with the Property Manager on quality of tenant applications. In addition the Leasing Agent is able to assist the Property Manager with completing detailed and comprehensive Entry Condition Reports on your property.
Trust Account Manager
The financial affairs and the handling of clients’ funds are extremely important and require a dedicated Trust Accounts Manager. They handle the Trust Account as well as rental bonds and work very closely with the Property Managers to ensure the timely and correct payment of accounts; payment of bonds and disbursement to property owners.
