First things first this month I’d really like to thank all of you who responded to our newsletter survey in April’s edition. We had an overwhelming response and it was fantastic to get such positive and constructive feedback from you all.

This month we’ve incorporated some of the changes you suggested in our survey and we will continue to do so over the coming months.
