We don’t sell our own propertiesWe do have extensive experience in property development. However we prefer to avoid developing land or properties ourselves so we are not pressured to sell our own properties to our clients. This avoids the conflict of interests that others have which forces them to sell their own properties to their clients even if they know those properties will not provide the best return to their clients.
We aren’t tied to areas like local real estate agentsWe hold full real estate licences in both Victoria and New South Wales. However we don’t operate like local real estate agents or local buyer’s advocates who are bound to offer you properties only within defined local areas, even if these areas are now “over-valued”. Instead, we are free to offer you any property, in any suburb, which we feel offers you the best returns in the current market.
We have an in-depth understanding of financeOur property advisory service is built on our in-depth understanding of finance. Therefore we build risk management against market fluctuation and lender preference into our property selection criteria.
