Special Featured Property Offer for new listings – Save $139!
We are very pleased to make a new offer on all our new listings. For the next six months (Oct 2012- March 2013) any new property that we advertise on www.realestate.com.au will remain a featured property for one entire month, a saving of $139!
It’s not just price saving for new listings, this offer means that new properties which are listed as ‘featured properties’ won’t be pushed down the normal list of available properties by other properties listed by other agencies.
This offer is a huge benefit for new landlords to our business and will be done at no extra cost to our clients (other than our normal marketing fee). Investors Direct Property Management will absorb the $139 featured property fee.
So if your property is nearing completion with us it will be a featured property. If you transfer a vacant property to us from another agency, it will also become a featured property as well.

Demand has definitely increased during the month and we expect it to continue to increase now the warmer weather is on its way, the footy season is over, and we are in the last school holidays before the Christmas break. Traditionally this is time to expect more people being out and about looking to make a move.
New Smoke Alarm Maintenance offer for landlords
This month we will be sending out Smoke Alarm registration forms for our landlords who haven’t already signed the form which allows us to arrange for qualified tradespeople to check and service the smoke alarms installed in all our rental properties.
Legislation is very clear on what is required to appropriately service and maintain smoke alarms.
Accordingly we use a fully qualified company to handle our smoke alarm requirements. Smoke Alarm Excellence will visit the property on an annual basis and inspect, test and clean all smoke alarms. Should there be a tenancy change during the year, they will return to the property and service the alarms again. They will also return to the property if there is a beeping or faulty alarm requiring attention. The annual fee for this service is $75 (Inc GST). Regardless of how many times they return to the property during the year there is no additional charge above the annual fee.
This is an extremely good offer. Batteries are also replaced free of charge, and their service covers all alarms at the property, regardless of how many or type of alarm.
This is for the protection of not only your tenant/s but also protection of your valuable investment property.
